We recommend taking 2 capsules daily, swallowed with plenty of water.

I’m on my third package of Memowit and Glutadetox, and I decided to wait until now to write this review so I could share my experience with them. After almost 3 months, I can say that I feel great—my mind is clearer and more focused for longer periods, and my immune system is stronger. I feel less tired and physically drained, even though I train hard at least 3 times a week. In my last two orders, I also added Vitadetox, which I’m still testing but which is having a very powerful diuretic effect on me.
