Take 2 capsules of TESTOWIT in the morning and 2 after lunch with plenty of water. For ONE, take 2 capsules twice a day with plenty of water. Follow a 6-8 week cycle, then take a 1-2 week break before starting another 6-8 week cycle for best results.
